With a background in management consulting, Thomas spent the last 5+ years working on HealthTech projects across the whole ecosystem. He is also investing in early stage HealthTech start-ups with the Springboard Health Angels, a business angel group based in Berlin. He is a sought after speaker and an ambassador of HLTH Europe, the leading HealthTech conference in Europe and ambassador of the HBI conference, focusing ont PE & Healthcare. 

Johanna is an orthopaedic trauma surgeon and healthcare professional specialising in digital health innovation. With an MSc in Surgical Science and Practice from Oxford, she focuses on healthcare technology, human factors, and leadership. She has contributed to improving medical education and patient care through advanced educational strategies and digital healthcare solutions, and is involved in evaluating digital health applications to optimise patient outcomes.

Jorge is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, where he leads the strategic innovation agenda across a globally top-ranked hospital network. He is also a Venture Partner at Nina Capital, supporting health tech startups in scaling impactful solutions. Previously, Jorge served as Director of Innovation at EIT Health, overseeing a portfolio of over 140 large-scale projects across Europe to accelerate healthcare innovation.

Gaurav Dular, a physician by training, is a seasoned leader in corporate business development and M&A. As Global Head and VP at Werfen, he directed the $2 billion acquisition of Immucor, reported to the CFO and Board, and built a team of nine with a €4 million budget. He also launched Werfen’s Corporate Venture Fund, investing in leading diagnostics firms. Gaurav holds an MBA from UC San Diego and an MD from RWTH Aachen University.

Fabian is a healthcare and life sciences expert specializing in turnaround, transaction, and transformation advisory. As Managing Director at FTI-Andersch, he provides top-level consulting to executives. He is also an advisor and board member for multiple startups and an active HealthTech investor. Previously, he was a Director and management team member at EY-Parthenon, where he led strategy, optimization, restructuring, and M&A for the DACH healthcare sector.

Katie is a leading consultant in digital health and clinical research, known for driving large-scale initiatives. As co-founder of the Scripps Research Digital Trials Center, she launched projects like DETECT and the PowerMom Consortium, advancing COVID-19 and maternal health research. She specializes in securing funding, strategic partnerships, and scaling health solutions, with expertise in decentralized trials, patient engagement, and health equity.

Dr. Andreas Schmidt is an entrepreneurial biotech leader with extensive experience across Asia, the US, and Europe. As Senior Vice President at Singleron Biotechnologies, he led the acquisition of Proteona in 2022, where he was previously CEO and founder. He is also Managing Director of Springboard Health Angels and Managing Partner at Schmidt Deng Ventures, focusing on acquisitions, investments, and bridging biotech innovation between Asia and Europe.

Anne Margo, a physician with an MBA from INSEAD, began her career as a gynecology resident at OLVG (NL). She transitioned into strategy consulting with Bain & Company and later at The Parthenon Group. She then served as Head of Medical Management at Schön Klinik in Germany. Currently, she is the MD of AMG Companions GmbH, her healthcare consultancy, and serves on various boards of innovative healthcare companies.

Aude, a PhD graduate from École Polytechnique and ENS, has a strong background in healthcare innovation. She led projects at AP-HP, Europe’s leading health system, and contributed to multiple initiatives with the French Minister of Health to advance policy and innovation. She is now the founder and managing director of Lowpital, a boutique consultancy dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovation. She also teaches at HEC and CentraleSupélec.

Alberta is SVP of Health Innovation at EVERSANA, driving global initiatives. She directs the Digital Health Policy Summit at Frontiers Health and advises on European health data policy. An Adjunct Professor at the University of Pavia and Academic Fellow at SDA Bocconi, she has contributed to NASA’s Benefits for Humanity programs and UN health initiatives. A TEDx speaker, she champions digital health and policy innovation.

Joscha, a Psychology and Neuroscience graduate with over 10 years in healthcare innovation, specializes in strategic and operational development. He co-founded Hacking Health Berlin, a non-profit for healthcare innovation, and Vision Health Pioneers, an incubator for early-stage healthcare startups. As Founder and Managing Director of Healthcore Studios, he leads innovation strategies for startups, corporations, and healthcare institutions.

Ariel is the Alexander von Humboldt Professor for Digital Health, Economics, and Policy at the Hasso Plattner Institute and a Full Professor at the University of Potsdam. Previously, she was on the Harvard Business School faculty (2014-2024) as a Hellman Faculty Fellow and held the Poronui Associate Professorship in Business Administration. Her research centers on technology management and innovation in health care, utilizing econometrics and data science.

Lina is currently leading Strategy & Content at HLTH Europe. She has served as a board member of the German Economics Ministry’s Digital Advisory Board and the German Startup Foundation. She began her career at BCG before moving to Colombia to work with Polymath Ventures, focusing on startup ecosystems. She later became the Managing Director at Flying Health, driving healthcare innovation, before transitioning to her current role.

Luisa is the Founder & Managing Director of Pulsewave, a boutique strategy consultancy for digital health. She began her career in strategy consulting at Capgemini Invent, later driving venture development at Heartbeat Labs. As Managing Director of Brainwave Hub, she led the digital arm of an investment firm. An advisor to startups, she also authored "Digitaler Puls", a book on HealthTech innovation. She is also a business Angel at the Springboard Health Angels.

Frederic is a seasoned leader in innovation, with expertise in digital & AI transformation & customer experience. He served as Innovation Director at One Clinic, an innovative primary & specialty care chain in France, and held senior roles at the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca in innovation and digital strategy. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon. He is now an advisor, speaker and lecturer on Innovation & digital transformation.
